I know, coding multi-attacks is not easy, but old UFO:EU have it and can show way how-to-make.
Your version - UFO is faster than intereceptor - simply, UFo will fly away - as in old UFO.

To Program a multiple-units-combat is a lot more work than a one-on-one combat. Especially if you want to remain logical in the geoscape.
Think about what happens when the UFO is faster than the plane - you have to attack and cannot wait.
And that doesn't take into calculation the different distances between different units on the geoscape.
Multiple-unit-combat is on the wishlist, but NOT on the To-Do. It might never be implemented if we don't find a solution to those problems connecting the geoscape with such a multiple-unit-combat-routine. That isn't as easy as some non-programmer might think...

"Fluchtversuch" is german for "try to escape".
That's the button to press if you want to return to base...

Hmmm, I missing here few buttons
1. abort and return to base - if craft is to dameged and to prevent losing of craft.
2.wait - for simple use - to allow attack of two or more crafts against UFO.
Yeah, this can remember you UFO:EE, - yes, UFO:EE have BEST ufos intereceptions of all UFO games.

Treffer in gruen.
Fehlschuesse in rot.
