Please register to the forum (you can use a freemail adress if you don't want to use your private mail) and ask there or eMail us with more details.
The problem of the globe is probably an issue with the grafics driver or the DirectX version you have installed. You might also try the different grafic settings in the option screen of the game and in config.exe

I just can't get the game to display the globe.. all I'm getting is a black globe (with all the yellow dots cities/etc)

any idea how to fix it? win98 fe, gf440mx
