not for mine (Der Galaktische Krieg) - the text is neither complete nor in its final form. If the gameset is complete someone might try to translate it, but that'll take months before it's even complete...

No, I mean something else, not translation :) An info about mod. For example: what difference in Fallen Angels mod from the standart gameset?

OK, then here it is:

Info about "Der galaktische Krieg"

Earth is caught in a galactic war between several different races. The task of the XForce-Commander is to protect Earth from the Aliens while discovering what this war is about and how to survive it all.
At the beginning the alien warships are busy fighting each other and only scouts are send to see if earth has anything worthy to fight for. In time the Alien's attention will shift ever more to earth and they'll send more powerful (and valuable) Warships to attack earth.

The gameset is intended to be played for multiple times with scripts that change the story depending on the choices a player makes during the game.
For example there will be 7 different weapon technology trees and once the player has choosen one of them the others will be unavaible for that game - and each tree will also activate different scripts for the story.

At the moment the last version 0.235 (not in the auto-updater but in the links) has none of the scripts (I'm working on them), only 2 (of 4) armor research trees and none of the weapon trees, but almost every alien technology. As a result it isn't really playable beyond the first few months of gametime.
Much of this will change once I've got the main scripts operational, but due to the complexity of those scripts and my timelimits this will take some weeks or months...

Great stuff. Somebody need a translater? I do deutsch-english and you can expect some expertise 'cause I speak both since childhood. just contact me under if somebody is interested.
While we're at translations, I think the english translation of the original gameset could definitely use some polishing up. Bye till next time

In the new game screen there's a selection for the game or mod - just hit the button with the points top right. The question mark at the same place displays a description of the gameset that is selected at the moment (X-Force if you didn't change the selection)
