I thing that improved mustn't limite max lvl.
If you improvet somethink in real, isnt anybody who sey you: "You must stop thinking about it.. you know too more."
If you want folding light knife, make it. Why u must be limited?
PS:In version 0.900 isnt exit from battles, make it! |

Hello,
the missing exit from battles has already been noted, but the team can't handle everything at once...
The exit will be made avaible again in a later version.
As to the limit in upgrading - unfortunately it isn't that easy. Technically someone might be able to improve an objekt without limits, but this would make the game-balancing extremely difficult.
As long as the updates are handled automatically there must be a limit. However any game creator may introduce research projects for a better knife that is a new level one object.
Such a thing is only limited by the general weapon power limits. |

if I understand well, you say that it is very dificult to game-balancing.
You can give a powerpoint to few reaserch point a counting with it. If i reaserch tech tree i have 10power poin with 100 RP. If i upgraid something i have only 5 PP with 100RP.
Understad how i think it? |

No - the problem is that no one can set any numbers for the upgrades. Everything about the upgrades is set automatically - cost, effect, and everything else.
On the other hand the gameset creator has full freedom to create new devices and simply name them as updates. But for the program that are completely different devices and their data has nothing to do with any other device.
So the gameset creator can decide to make the new devices only a little better while costing much research or he can make them triple powerful for only a single research point.
That is the problem with balancing - everything has to be testet and checked to which numbers the automatic updates go while comparing with the research for new devices. |

ehm that.. the update is automatical..
but it is the same problem.. when somethig is better basicaly, that will be better with one level.
thing basic 1 2 3
knife 10 11 12 13
gun 50 55 60 65
that gun can have 5x expenzive basic reaserch as knife and can be better thing.

That can be solve with tab.
but if we speak about hard-made 3 updates for everything, that it is system procedure or funkcion,is it?
That can be reprogramed with new parameter as 9999 max lvl. |

Theoretically in can be reprogrammed with any number of levels - but then there comes the balancing problem again. If the gameset creator doesn't know which numbers are the maximum, he can't calculate the enemies for that device.
But you don't need the automatic updates, the gameset creator can set any number of "manual" upgrades in the form of better items that can only be researched after you researched the previous one.
That way all problems are solved - and because if this I doubt that there will ever be a change to the automatic updates - they simply aren't neccessary and would only mess up some gamesets.
And if you ask as a player and not as a gameset creator - well, then you'll have to wait until a gameset creator makes a gameset with many advanced items...
Simply because any form of automatic upgrade that isn't under the control of the gameset creator makes his work more difficult, and as a gameset creator I certainly don't want the automatic updates increased in power, i want to set the more powerful weapons myself... |
