May can be new parameter as regeneracion (how many lives will be regenerate in one time units)

Or some medicpak. in start can be regenerate only 20% lost hit points from last atak. In end game can regenerate everything with speed 5 hit points in round.

May be it will be hard to programming.

You can know many regenerators in sci-fi, that why cant make one (or two or all in team)
The most famous is Wolwerine(x-men) or race in book Worms(or Warms, i dont know in english) from Orson Scot Card.
Or all american film´s action heroes Stalone,Arnee and another.

The problem is not the difficulty in programming but if the team wants to have medpacs. A very old discussion here in the german forum voted against medpacs because they are unrealistic with such a regeneration speed - XForce was not seen as a superhero game but on a more realistic level.

This decision might change and the medpacs might be introduced in a future version, but that remains to be seen...

I thing it is sci-fi(in development) too as medpack.

German fans must thing what is UFO game about.
I understand UFO as fight small group again many aliens. It can´t be real, because on earth is many people (not only 50), we havent save/load in real world and the main thing is one shot to head kill all human.
UFO is only game, rpg-tactics.
X-com recruit be super heroes when kill first alien which can´t be killed from normal human.

Do you see any another soldier kill alien in any part of UFO series? It is not real, and never be.

As DirkF said, XForce isn't a superhero game.
Of course its not a reality simulation,but its a game that tries not be to too unrealistic.
XCom recruits might have been superheros.
XForce recruits probably won't be, at least not in the official gameset.

I think it's a quite intresting to have no stipacks or anything like that. you have to watch for your soldier because it takes quite a long time to get him to full health again or otherwise you have to recruit/take an other one until the wounded one is healed.
You just have to watch out a little bit more, it's about tactics, and I think it's nice.

In the old X-COM games, the mad-packs were used to stop bleeding and to recover stamina - and I like the way the healing is in.
I think it is normal to have to wait days to recover - in real life, it is weeks or months
